Button greyed out during upgrade

Case #05155540

When starting an upgrade from version 9.5.4.2866 to the most recent version. After installing the additional packages (.net framework,...) the server needs a reboot. After the reboot, I have to accept the terms of the Veeam license agreement. But after confirmation the next button stays greyed out. Even after scrollig completely down. The backup server is a VM and I did try using the console, RDP to access the VM.

Hello,

As far as I see the issue has already been resolved by adjusting the size of "Title bars" parameter at the level of DPI settings. If you have some other problems, don't hesitate to ask your engineer to check them as well.
