Calculate throughput of Replication

Where can i find a Duration to divide it with the Transfered Data to get the throughput I've reached in my replication job?
e.g.: 22,4 MB / 16seconds = 1,4 MB/s = 11,2 Mb/s
I replicate over WAN so this information would be very usefull for me.
