Can be use Licence VBR(VUL)+ VBE(VUL) in single console
- Existing use VBR (VUL)
- (new) can be buy VBE (VUL) can mix in single console ? or seperate console for management ?

No, you cannot unless you have a Veeam Availability Suite VUL license with which you can merge your Essentials license. Thanks!
