Is it possible to use one linux with xfs repository served as a backup destination for more that one Veeam backup server?

No, it is very unreliable. You may end up with a big amount of issues including importing backups created on one backup server to a database of another one and components upgrade conflict. I'm curious to know what makes you think about such a setup?
