One of our end user has a issue mentioned in subject.
Software version：
Veeam Backup & replication 4.1
Configuration:
Retention policy:14
Full Backup:every Sunday
Backup file save location: vmfs datastore
However,backup files produced 2 months ago still there. the retention policy completely failed.
Does some one has the same problem?
And has any good idea

Might be datastore permission issue, or locked file. Our support should be able to say the exact reason from full logs...

In the backup console's UI, go to Help -> Support information in the menu.
