Can't delete old servers from console

Post by EBoucq »

Hi,

I use Veeam B&R 6.1.
I'm trying to delete a vCenter that appears in the Files arborescence and an ESXi server in an actual vCenter from the Infrastructure part but I can't.
Either (for the vCenter) it says "deleted successfully" but nothing changes or (for the ESXi) I don't even have the option.

Am I doing something wrong ?

Thank you.

Eric, please contact support for assistance. They will be able to cleanup the Veeam B&R configuration database, if required.

Hi foggy,

If it's a just a cleanup to do, maybe I can do it myself if I can find a kb about that issue ?

Thanks for your answer.

We do not generally encourage our customers to perform manual database modification, so I doubt there's a KB on this. Let our engineers do this for you.

Generally this is an exceptional situation when you need to do modifications to our configuration database manually, so I also doubt that there is a KB for this.

I'm planning to upgrade my Veeam B&R from 6.1 to 7...Hopefully, this process will do some cleanup and correct some bugs :-)
