Hello everyone,
we got a really strange behavoir at one of our customers backup-server (backupserver = win10 64-bit prof., up-to-date, other installations are working fine)
Last week we wanted to update the B&R from 11.0.0.837 P20210525 to the newest patchlevel. So if we try there's a error message saying....nothing; it's just a window with an X, not more.

The log files of that server shows no error oder warnings if the error occurs.
We tried to reinstall B&R but even when the deinstallation starts this error occurs.
Veeam support said, they never saw this before and have to check in background.
Has anybody ever had such a behavior or an idea how to fix this ?

Certainly, it's not a known issue and I wouldn't touch anything even if there were some ideas to fix it unless it's approved by our support team. Let's wait for troubleshooting results from our engineers.
