Can't login to Backup Enterprise

I installed Veeam Backup Enterprise as a part of the Backup and Recovery Enterprise Edition. During set up the Backup Enterprise, I had to give a local admin user account which it accepted, but when I launch the app and get the login prompt and try the same account, it won't take it (or any other admin account). It doesn't prompt with access denied, or wrong credentials or anything, it just clears the login credentials and leaves the login window prompt.

Make sure your web browser meets the System Requirements.

IE9? I can't find any system requirements specific to Backup Enterprise.

I do not believe this issue is specific to IE 9, as Enterprise Manager supports all GA versions (starting from version 7.0) of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
