Hi,
we have a job (triggered via SAP HANA plugin) that got stuck and we tried to stop it without any success. The status of this job is now "stopping" but the job stays even when we reboot the backup server.
There must be a wrong entry in the postgresql database that makes this ghost job still present in the job list. It's very problematic as it prevents any more backint backups for this VM.
Is there any script to cleanup the Veeam database in this kind of situation ?
Thanks,
Eric

Re: can't stop backint job
Hello Eric
We do not provide such "scripts/queries" publicly.
Please contact our customer support with a copy of your database and current log collection.
They will be able to help you in cleaning up orphaned sessions.
Best,
Fabian

Re: can't stop backint job
Hi Fabian,
We opened a case. We're waiting for a reply as it's getting very urgent because the Production VM can't run anymore backups....
Thanks,
Eric
