Can't stop guest file restore

Hi,

last week I made a guest file recovery of a Suse Linux Enterprise 8 Server 32-Bit. Everything worked well, but the job is still running and i can't stop it. When I click "stop session" nothing happens. I've tried to restart the server, veeam is running on, but even that doesn't fix it.
So, does anybody have an idea how to solve this problem?
