Can you change the replica name suffix??

Post by jreid »

Is it possible to modify the replica name suffix once a job has been setup and run??

The option is greyed out when you edit the job properties so just wondering if there is a backdoor mehtod to make this change??

Many thanks

Hello Jason,

No, unfortunately, you cannot modify already configured replication job (changing the suffix name of the replica), cause that will the create a new replica VM. By the way, can you tell me please why do you want to do that? Probably I could advise you another option that might help to achieve your main goal.

Thank you.
