Can you manually run an Active Full backup?

Is there any way to manually run an Active Full backup?

Currently my procedure is to schedule the job to run in 5 minutes, then select Active Full to run on that day. Is there an easier way than this?

Right-click the job > Perform Full Backup?

So "Perform Full Backup" is an Active Full backup?
