Cannot add repository to scale-out

Folks,

We have today upgraded our B&R license to Enterprise Plus. I have successfully added a fourth extent to our existing scale-out repository.
But when I try to create a second scale-out repository, there is a problem with one of the extents I want to add. It says:

"Unable to add extent <name> because it serves as a target for one or more job types which are not supported by a scale-out backup repository."

And the job that it complains about is a backup copy job of our two physical Exchange servers. We have also two other backup copy jobs with virtual machines, on the same repository, which it does not complain about. Is it not possible to put backup copy jobs of physical agent-backed-up servers on a scale-out repository?

Hi Per, right, you cannot use the scale-out backup repository as a target for the jobs created by Veeam Endpoint Backup 1.5 or earlier.

We have been using B&R 9.5 Update 3 from the start. I don't know what Veeam Endpoint Backup is.

It is a former name of Veeam Agent for Windows.

Okay, we have been using Veeam Agent for Windows v2.1.0.423 throughout. So that doesn't really explain the problem, then?

Unless the jobs were initially created on the older version, but this is just a guess. You can check with support what specifically prevents this extent from being added.

Do you have the config job dumping to this repository? I think that one is also no supported.

No, the config backup is put on a different repository.
All backups of physical servers are server managed backups, and Windows Agent v2.1 has always been used. We installed B&R 9.5 Update 3 in May, and we haven't updated it since.
As I said, we have three backup copy jobs. One job is copying the backups of our physical Exchange servers, and the other two are copying backups of virtual VMware servers. All three backup copies are put on the repository that I am trying to add to the scale-out, and nothing else is put there. As far as I can understand, Veeam is complaining erroneously.
