I want to move VMs from an old datastore running on an ESXi v5.5 server to my current datastore. It seems Veeam FastSCP is the recommended application.
Veeam FastSCP should be in the B&R Community Edition says https://www.veeam.com/vmware-esxi-fastscp.html
I have installed the CE but cannot find it. How do I access Veeam FastSCP.
FWIW: I also have the licensed B&R on another Windows client.

FastSCP is a very old product... Veeam Backup & Replication can do what you ask for - and more
Manual file copy or file copy jobs seem to be close what you ask for.
As an alternative, you could also use replication and to a planned failover in the end
