Cannot Migrate error during VM backup

I have Veeam Backup (5.01) running in a VM. I have a job that backs up a Windows 2003 server (acap-nts2) in Virtual Appliance mode. During the backup I see the below error generated by vCenter. W2003-test is the name of my Veeam Backup VM. The backup job is not backing up this VM. I'm also getting the message "hot add not supported for this disk" during the backup of acap-nts2. Not sure what is causing these messages or if they are related.
