Cannot mount the exchange .edb file

Hey guys,

I am trying to restore some exchange items from our Exchange 2007 (Essential Business Server 2008 suite) and the .edb file does not mount automatically.

When I try to mount it manually, I get an error saying: "The specified mailbox store has unsupported version"

Any thoughts?

Martin, Veeam Explorer for Exchange supports Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2013. For other Exchange versions please utilize Exchange AIR wizard that relies on Virtual Lab usage.

Hi Foggy, is the Virtual Lab environment included in the Veeam B&R Essentials package?

Essentials is just a bundle shipped for the environment with 6 sockets and less. What really determines the feature list is the product edition (Free, Standard, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus).

Standard edition does not include this functionality. You can also put into use Instant Recovery in conjunction with Outlook client in order to restore granular Exchange 2007 data.
