cannot resize block: data is encrypted

I receive the error: cannot resize block: the data is encrypted on a few vms after upgrading to v8.
Running reverse incremental jobs.
Is this a known bug or should I open a case in this matter? It has so far just hit a terminalserver on my site so it is not critial yet.

Ok.
I opened a case and uploaded the logs. Hopefully the support team will found out what causing the error message.

"Fixed" the error by disabling guest indexing after tip from the support-team reviewing the lofiles.
Seems to be a bug in V8 which will be patched eventually.

Hi together,

we also using the encryption feature for backing up reverse incremental. We are running into the same problem discribed above.
Sometimes it is working fine sometimes the backup fails. We now disabled the guest file indexing, with the hope the Jobs running
now without problems as they did before.
