Cannot see list of virtual machine
Hi,
I'm trying to restore a file from a backup. The last one failed, but i want to restore it from a previous backup (completed successfully)
When I select from a job list i cannot see the virtual machines list.
I'm using Veeam Backup & Replication v. 6,5
Thanks

Re: Cannot see list of virtual machine
Are you sure there are any restore points for this backup job available in repository? What do you see if you select and expand this job under Backups > Disk node?

Re: Cannot see list of virtual machine
As you can see, there is a zero in the Restore Points column for this backup. So I doubt this very job had successful runs. Are you sure you're selecting the correct backup job?impicment wrote:This is what i see under Backups > Disk node
Re: Cannot see list of virtual machine
yes, as i told before te last backup for this job failed because of low disk space. I do not what to restore the last backup that is failed...but i want to restore some files present in the file that you see in te second image about 1,7 TB

Re: Cannot see list of virtual machine
What Alexander has meant is that there is no restore points for this VM reflected in the GUI, as if the job hadn't run successfully before. So, are selecting the correct job or not? If this file is .vbk, you can try to import it to the console, initiate restore operation and see how we'll it goes.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Cannot see list of virtual machine
Without explaing the 0 restore point on your job. It looks very much like the job have failed.
But for now, if you main goal is restore, and you have a full backup ( as your screenshot shows) and this is the one you ant to restore from.
Why not import it or just dobbelclick on it and restore that way?
