Cant Stop Restore Session Cancelling
Hello friends,
I am working with Veeam BackUp and replication recently at a new company. Upon my arrival I found a restore session in Cancelling State or State:Stopping... I actually I cant stop it. Stop button is disbled.
Now I need to stop it in order to upgrade to Veeam 10, and I haven't found a way. I user the Power Shell Comand

How long is this state ongoing? If nothing else is running, you could restart the Veeam services in order to see if it resolves it.

Its state have months... I restart the server complete. But have the same issue.

Hi Porto,
just to add - there are several KBs for such cases:
- file-level restore
- for all jobs
Please pay attention database backup is required in both cases; also, you have to make sure there are no jobs running at the moment you run the update.
