Case #06391291 — Backup Copy Jobs could not offload to SOBR , storage left 0 byte and all backup copy jobs stuck

Hello!

My case #06391291 opened almost a week however my backup copy jobs issue still not yet resolved.

Background : Oct 30 2023 we had rebuild the VCenter server. All backup jobs (and backup copy jobs) must edit - re-add VMs in each backup jobs and backup copy jobs in Veeam B&R before resume backups.
Retention policy for Capacity Tier SOBR, Performance Tier without any changed.

The backup jobs are running normal but backup copy jobs found some duplicated copies, same vbk and vib files uploaded to capacity tier SOBR and in the performance tier as well.
Now no more space in performance tier ( the backup copy jobs files save here).

Therefore all backup copy jobs all not able to run now, error return :
Unable to create target storage, processing will be retried (retry 1 out of 6)
Failed to preprocess target Error: Cannot transfer meta to the master extent. All failbacks failed. There is not enough space on the disk. Failed to create or open file [G:\VeeamBackupCopy\FileSrvs_BkCopyJob\FileSrvs_BkCopyJob.vbm.temp]. Failed to create file [G:\VeeamBackupCopy\FileSrvs_BkCopyJob\FileSrvs_BkCopyJob.vbm.temp]. There is not enough space on the disk. Failed to create or open file

If backup copy jobs files vkb vib had uploaded to Capacity tier, is it safe to delete the same files (file name and size are same) to release storage space so backup copy jobs can be resume?
