hi,

We had an option internally to rebuild a veeam setup - Only 85 vms - to a brand new v13 with the Software Appliance.

Im not sure what we missed - but its been an absolute horrible experince.

We are battling missing webinterface starting just showing:

Page does not exist

If we finally manage to get it going (Syncing NTP towards DCS as all the other machines Windows/linux/oracle) - we end up either OTP mismatch (Lastpass - and MS Authentiicator) we prefer lastpass and used the for OTP prior to this to ensure shared accounts can work.

We ended up twice to be locked out of it (Had to boot the liveiso to re-enable users).

Are we the only ones struggling this bad with the appliance or is it just not ready to the read world?

Hi Lars,

The behavior definitely is not expected, neither the Web Console being unreachable nor the MFA mismatches, so please continue with Veeam Support. If there are concerns on the handling of the case, please use the Talk to a Manager button from the case portal to connect with Support Management; they will review the case and allocate additional resources if required.

For the MFA issues, unclear as to why it would provide a mismatch assuming that time sync is correct, so likely issue needs to be reviewed further in the case, as neither situation matches a known issue at first blush.

i want to love the vsa - but as the moment i dont see it being fit for us at all if this buggy.
