Case Administrators
Quick question - if there is more than one case administrator in our Veeam profile will I be able to see any tickets that they create? I have an admin that said he opened a case with Veeam but I don't see any cases open. TIA!

Hi Gina,
I do not see any open cases from your company account. The last one I see was from 24th regarding Veeam Agent support, but the ticket was closed due to high support load and no maintenance contract in place. If you believe this is an error and you have an active maintenance (support) contract, then in the email sent to Adam, there was a link describing how to resolve it.

I'd like to add that all cases ever created are visible to all case administrators if those are operating under the same contract.
