Not really a Veeam issue, but I'm looking for StoreOnce experts . . . Will raise a case tomorrow . . .
A storage enclosure reconnection error (following repair) caused our StoreOnce to corrupt its RAID controller cache data, and the reboot process appeared to be successful - we missed the POST errors but saw the hardware warnings later on StoreOnce Management Console. After reconnecting correctly, we had to erase the bad cache data (F2 in POST) and now the hardware looks OK but StoreOnce servicesets are not running and Management Console says “No catalyst stores”. Also, during the first reboot after erasing the bad cache, I noticed Centos reporting “Initialising d2d database . . .”.
How can we get our Catalyst stores & contents back? Is it just a matter of starting servicesets again, or is it terminal? Is there any hidden backup of the d2d database? Can it be rebuilt by reading the files? I can’t believe all the files have actually been deleted.
Waiting hopefully for any advice . . . TIA

Re: Catalyst stores lost?
Hello,
I would advise to not follow any "guess" from a forum (no matter whether HPE, Veeam or any other forum)
Best regards,
Hannes
hoping that HPE support can help you. Implementing "guesses" on such a topic can have serious impact on your data.Waiting hopefully for any advice . . . TIA
