Hi All,
At the moment I'm running Veeam Backup & Replication 8.0.0.2030 to backup my VMware vSphere 5.1 environment with no issue.
I wonder if there is any benefits in installing or upgrading to Veeam Backup & Replication 8.0 Update 3 ?
Do I need to upgrade my Veeam ONE Monitor as well ?

Re: Caveats before applying Update 3 for Veeam B&R 8.0
Hi Albert,
Two main features of the latest build 8.0.0.2084 aka Update 3 are Windows 10 and vSphere 6.0 Update 1 support.
Beware of possible issue with SQL Log Truncation. There is a private fix now which can be obtained via support. We are also thinking of Update 3a with the fix included.
Veeam ONE v8u2 works fine with Windows 10 and vSphere 6u1, so there is no update 3. Veeam ONE team is working hard on upcoming v9.
To sum up, in my opinion running VBR v8u2 with vSphere 5.1 you don`t really need to update right now. However, check the Update description to decide.
Cheers!
