When using Continuous Data Protection with a Replication Job in Veeam, is there any way you can set the RPO (Recovery Point Objectives) or is it always subject to how long the replication takes?
In the settings it doesn't allow you to set specific RPOs, for example it would be great to set 15min RPOs or 30min or 1hr...

Re: CDP - Question
Hello Simeon,
Yes, that's right you cannot set specific value for acceprable data loss in a disaster situation. The RPO will be defined by the time taken for a replication job to run.
Thanks.

Re: CDP - Question
We do have plans to add something like this down the road. However, this would require leveraging some new capabilities coming in the next version of vSphere, and will not work with vSphere 4. Thanks.
