Change existing Job to WAN Target

Post by deduplicat3d »

I have an existing job that uses "Local Target" I have been reading the benefits of using "WAN Target" and my Veeam Server is not fully utilizing it's CPU. Do I have to do a "Full Backup" for the switch to become fully effective. I have seen this is true for v4. I am running v6.

Thanks

Hi Corey - yes, no changes here - active full backup is still required as this is when backup storage is created and initialized with the correct block size. Thanks!

Does that mean I have to have space for two full vbk's?
