Someone help me here:
Why change it? It's a useless and baseless Repository.
What am I missing here that people are wanting SQL edits to change this? I don't mean this as a challenge, I'm just feeling I'm missing a major aspect here and I cannot figure out.

Sometimes people want strange things. 
Some just want to hide it from UI as an unused one, others are using it but would like to re-point it to another location.
