Changed Veeam services logon account, now everything greyed
As the topic says, all my options are now greyed out (rightclick, menu options). I'm assuming this is a security feature. We've recently had a security breach and had to change multiple credentials. Was wondering if anyone had a way around this or should I be logging tech support call?

You need to logon to the Veeam B&R console server with the backup administrator account (the one you have used to install the product), and check out User and Roles under Tools to see if the new account you are using to logon has the required role. Thanks.
