Changes to mail report layout

I suggest changing the layout of the E-Mail report by omitting the Details column and instead showing it spanned over all columns below the row of the backed up VM. This makes much better use of space and doesn't need horizontal scrolling on lower resolution screens.

I've also reinstated line-wraps of the message, to improve readability and lowered contrast and font size to avoid distracting from the VM rows.

This is very great suggestion, thank you very much. I will talk to devs to see if this can be done easily (dynamic area that is not shown if there are no details). If so, we will try to add this into v5.
