Changing "VM" selection

Hi all,

Currently I have a client with Veeam Backup jobs defined against DRS groups, I would like to change this to VM folders moving forward.

My questions is (and I plan to test) If I have the same VM's in the DRS group as in the VM folder structure that I am going to define, when I modify the backup job to select folder instead or DRS group would veeam perform a full backup again or are the same VM's found and CBT leveraged?

Hi Bernie, Veeam backup job will match these VMs automatically by moref IDs (provided that they haven't been changed) and will proceed with incremental job pass. Thanks!
