choppy video
Can't really find another place to raise this issue but the Veeam Executive News email which came out recently had a link to a video which doesn't work very well.
I managed to find the video on YouTube and it's choppy playback on there, and same if you download the video. https://go.veeam.com/q1-live-announcement

Re: choppy video
It looks correct to me, are you playing it in HD resolution (720p)? Since if you play it in 144 or 240p it will look choppy. Also which browser are you using?

Re: choppy video
the pauses seem to happen at the same moment no matter what browser or source I use. The first pause is about 17 to 19 seconds into the video.
I've actually downloaded the file from YouTube as a .mp4 file and saved it on my desktop. Played in Windows Media Player it pauses in exactly the same place.
The pauses continue through the video at such regular intervals that it's not really watchable.
Please confirm whether or not you see the same pauses at the same points, the next pause is at 32 seconds.
ALSO, if you review the comments under the video you'll see other people are having the same issue.

Re: choppy video
I got a colleague to try it on his machine and sees the same pauses in the same places.

Happens here too (Chrome on Ubuntu Linux 18.04). There must be some weird error in the source video.

Re: choppy video
The source is from our live stream event back in January when we launched Update 4. I don't think we can easily fix these hiccups for now as this is how it was streamed back then.

Re: choppy video
There were some issues on the first few minutes but quickly went over it, it seems after around 8m there are no more hiccups and that's when the really good technical stuff comes (live demo and new features).
