Hi Guys
We made the update from v11 to v12 at a customer some days ago. We had no intention in updating the existing job. They may get recreated.
Now I should clone a job, but I can. The option in the menu is not available. Do I have to upgrade the chain first? Is this somewhere in the help center? Didn't find anything.

Two questions.
What license does the customer have installed? Cloning is available in VUL or socket license (Enterprise or Enterprise Plus).
Are you trying to clone a legacy backup copy job. Legacy backup copy jobs cannot be cloned or created in v12.

He has Enterprise Plus, we did some cloning in the past.
Yes, it is a legacy copy job. v12 cannot create a clone of this job, as he only has one meta file and not for ever server a separate? would there be a page in the helpcenter describing this?
