Cloud Backup & Replication Customer Local Agent

I have many small customers with 1-2 ESXi/Hyper-V Servers with 1-5 running VM's
They all need reliable manged Backup Service locally where the current state force them to purchase Veeam B&R by the CPU

if i could have a proxy on the customer side communicate with the B&R server in my cloud without VPN link (simmiler to Cloud Connect) that is fully manged by the B&R Console in the Cloud and priced by the VM i guess we could add many customers to the service providing them local backup service priced by the VM and additional services such as BaaS & DRaaS as an optional services

The purchase and maintenance of Local B&R for small customers is difficult to maintain
