Cloud Connect compression
I've got two systems doing backup copies to a Cloud Connect providers. Both instances are showing compression ratios of 1.0x. Deupe ratios are 1.0x-3.5x, depending on the particular backup set. Compression ratios to on-site copies shows up to 3.3x. Why would there be no compression on the copy to the CC provider? The compression setting is set to Auto in the job.

Hello,
that's hard to guess without more information about the setup. What does support say (case number?)?
As you say "a cloud connect providers". Do you have one or two cloud connect providers? And just to be sure: the two jobs are backing up different data?
It might be related to the setup, or it could also be a UI issue.
