Cloud restore to Azure VM OS convert

Hi

I noticed there is no option to convert to Window Server OS License provided by Azure when I restore to Azure VM from Backup data.
When I restore to Amazon EC2, I found option to convert Windows Server OS license provided by AWS.

Is there any option to covert Windows Server OS license when restoring to Azure VM?

Can you change the license type after you restored the VM?

Thank you for your reply.
But I also can not find the way to change license type on Azure portal after restoring.
（We can change to BYOL license on Azure portal, but I can not find changing to License provided by Azure）

I will check MS documents.
