Components Update 9.5 Update 3

We have 2 Veeam Backup & Replication servers, in different sites, to do local backup nd replication between the sites.
We have upgraded both sites to 9.5.0.1536, however, on one site it tries to do a "Component Upgrade" of the Installer, Transport of the server in the other site but fails with "Failed to upgrade host components. Error: 'The user name or password is incorrect. --tr.Error code 0x0000052e --tr.Failed to create persistent connection to ADMIN$ share on host [server ip address]. -- tr.Failed to install service [VeeamDeploySvc] was not"

Please can you advise.
