components upgrade warning
Case #06068137
Error: Source host ****** requires Veeam integration components to be upgraded.
the components are as below:
Veeam HyperV Integration 12.0.0.1420
Veeam Guest Agent 12.0.0.1420
Veeam Dist service 12.0.0.1420
vPower NFS 12.0.0.1422
Transport 12.0.0.1422
I have tried to manually update the services to 1422 however upon install, they present as 1422.
Wonder if someone can assist.

Thank you for the case number.
Our customer support is the team who can assist in solving technical issues.
One thing you could try is going through the properties of the Hyper-V Host in the backup console and save it. That will rescan the installed components and install a new version if required.

I have already tried doing that via Hyper-V Host and though it does scan but doesn't update anything.

I have not heard back from Veeam Support on the ticket I logged last week? how long does it normally take ?

Wow, great response. An answer isn't guaranteed and if Veeam doesn't bother to contact you they will then close off the ticket because they haven't contacted me.
