Condensing Veeam Images

I've had to change the paradigm of backups from Weekly Synthetic full backups to a monthly full backup and 31 incremental backups as I am out of space.

Is there a way to condense/recreate the backup images so I only have the files from the new paradigm?

The only thing you can do is manually delete backup files older than the latest full backup prior to this long incremental chain.
