Configure Weekly Active Fulls with v8

Hello,

Seems like a simple question, but I cannot seem to make this work properly...
My customer wants to schedule an active full backup to disk of several VMware VM's once a week on Friday. He does not want incrementals.
So he set the backup mode to "Incremental" (there is no choice for "Full Only" ) and the Active full backup to "Weekly on Friday". Then he configured the scheduler to run the job only on Friday.
However, the job created a full backup the first time it ran and has been running incrementals every Friday after that...

How to accomplish this very simple schedule?
Is he doing something wrong? Or is it just another bug?

Are you saying that the job has settings similar to those present on a picture and it still performs increments instead of fulls?
