I need to configure a Microsoft ISA 2006 server to allow access between the backup repositories located in my two datacenters. I have tried creating a Publish Non-Web Server Protocols and Create Access Rules but I keep getting a failed to install deployment services at the credential stage of the wizard.
If you have configured a Microsoft ISA 2006 firewall to allow Veeam I would greatly appreciate hearing how you did it!
Thanks,
Bob T

Re: Configuring Backup Repository Behind Microsoft ISA 2006
Robert, please review the 'Used Ports' section in Veeam B&R user guide for detailed information on required ports and connections. Thanks.

Re: Configuring Backup Repository Behind Microsoft ISA 2006
Thanks for the reference but I know what ports need to be configured. The problem is I haven't been able to figure out how to configure the user-defined protocol in ISA to allow the connections. I am hoping that someone else has already figured out how to configure the protocol in ISA and is willing to send me a screen shot of the protocol.
