You can mount it to any Linux server and add the server as Linux repository in Veeam B&R.

Install NFS Features to your Windows Server and mount the NFS Volume there. Then it should be visible right?

Using Windows default NFS client is not typically recommended due to its implementation peculiarities and performance it provides. Linux is way better in this sense.

Alex,
So if I have QNAP NFS folder already configured in my NAS, can I use it as Veeam Backup repository ?

Have exactly the same NAS device. Use CIFS with UNC path (\\IP_or_host\shared_directory) when accessed from windows file explorer or defined in Veeam as backup replository.

Re: Configuring NFS folder from NAS as backup repo ?
You cannot use NFS shares over windows as the NFS client in Windows runs only in userspace, and maps the NFS volumes only in user sessions. So there's no way for the user that runs in unattended mode the Veeam service to do the same mount. NFS mount are not persistent over user sessions as they are on Linux. You need to use Linux to mount NFS. And yes the Windows NFS client performance are horrible...

Lucca,
Does Using Veeam 9.0 Direct NFS Access Mode requires to have some sort of compatibility with certain the NAS hardware ? Because in my case here I'm only using QNAP NAS.

Direct NFS is only for reading VMware VMs on NFS datastores; the Veeam NFS client has been optimized for that purpose and does not currently support repositories.
