Support Case # 05778131

We have an Issue when Restore Full VM on GCE.
Log Veeam describe :

Error : Message[Constraint constraints/compute.vmExternalIpAccess violated for project xxxxxx. Add instance projects/Project-name/zones/asia-southeast1-a/instances/veeamproxy-e4af95538681 to the constraint to use external IP with it.] Location[If-Match - header] Reason[conditionNotMet] Domain[global]

What need to do for this ?

Seems like there is a policy configured that blocks external access to the project resources. But as Petr's suggested, the best course of action here is to work with the support team.
