Does this solution have any tool for p2v a physical CentOS 6.3 server to a vmware VM?

Veeam doesn't have any p2v solutions, so, you'd better use utilities provided by VMware itself. Thanks.

Just as a note, on linux machine sometimes is really as simple as creating a plain installation of the same linux on the virtual machine, and than sync all the relevant folders from source to target, without even cloning...
