Greetings!
I have a physical server in a remote location which is backed up with VEB to a local disk and a B&R server at my main location. Is there a recommended way for me to copy or import the VEB backup file from the remote location into the B&R repository in my main location? I know that I can send the job directly from VEB to B&R but I don't want to do this due to the fact that I won't be able to still do local backups at the remote site. VEB will do one or the other. I am looking for a way to accomplish this from the B&R side ideally in such a manner that only changed data is sent over the wire to my main site.
Thanks in advance!
Ken

Re: Copy a VEB backup file to a B&R server and then import
you could set up a new VBR repository on the local discs of the physical server and than use a backup copy job to transfer the backups to your main repository. This way VEB uses local discs and with the copy job you get the backups "imported" automatically

Right, backup copy jobs are what you're looking for.

Thanks for the quick answers. That thought had crossed my mind but I wasn't completely sure about it. Thank You!
