I left all the timing / schedule settings alone. This job runs normally incase someone wanted to know or sees this in the future.

The problem I am experiencing with this is that I use rotating disks for offsite backup changed each week. When a new disk is added it takes more that a day to finish the copy job hence it fails. I then have to force it to run (sometimes more than once). However, I then want the copy to run everyday to add the incrementals that are happening throughout the week. I'm really surprised that the job stops before it is completed.
