Copy job thinks backup jobs encrypted

Hi,

I'm creating a new copy job and it warns that "source backup job has encryption enabled. Consider enabling encryption for Backup Copy job as well"

Makes no sense to me. When I look at the job that has the VM for this copy job, encryption is specifically not enabled. I've tried creating a new copy job but still has same issue.

Ideas?

How do you add VMs in the backup copy job? Anyway, if none of the backups you specify as source are encrypted, please contact technical support.

I clicked Add... and then selected Backups, the second option. Not VMs and not Jobs. Then I expanded the job that they are in for their backup jobs and selected those VMs. We may not want to copy every vm that's backed up which is why.

All our backup jobs have been created without encryption that I've done. We've only ever encrypted copy jobs. Doesn't mean it's possible somehow it was originally.

Let's see whether log files tell the reason of this behavior.
