corrupt vbk file recovery possible?

Is there a way to open a vbk file which isn't a complete backup file? The backup crashed during a servercrash. The backup was almost ready and there is 86GB of data. But i can't open it.
Any help is appreciated.

Maurice, while there is no way to restore from the corrupt VBK file, you should still be able to restore from previous restore points, for which backup completed successfully, even if VBK file is corrupt.

Actually, there is. Our support should still be able to extract all available data using special tools (at least, in most cases). Thanks!

Thanks for the respons. I've restored to the restore point made by the backup, but unfortunately i need files created after this restore point. I think the files are lost.

What tools are you talking about?
I have the same problem here, a vbk-file 146 GB that says "No Valid Restore Point".
We need to put this backup back to get a software key out of it.
