How do I create and install a self signed certificate to Veeam Enterprise Manager?
I want to get rid of the security warning when logging on Enterprise Manager from browser.
I use openssl.

You can follow instructions from the User Guide, see sublinks referencing Microsoft documentation > Configuring Security Settings
Hope it helps!

Re: Create self signed certificate to Veeam Enterprise Manager
I replaced the SSL certificate, but it doesn't have the same name as the server. When I click the desktop shortcut to open Enterprise Manager, it takes me to the old address. I created a new shortcut with the correct URL, but I'd like to know if it's possible to modify a configuration file to make it permanently use the new SSL certificate and URL, which is not the server's name.
This is because when I perform a Veeam Enterprise Manager update/upgrade, the shortcut is updated again and reverts to responding to the URL with the server's name
I appreciate any help
