CreateSnapshot failed, vmRef vm-280, timeout 1800000

Hi all,
I have installed VEEAM 4.1.1 on a separate server.

I want to backup Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 servers. Some backups are succesfull, others I recieve the below error message:
CreateSnapshot failed, vmRef "vm-280", timeout "1800000", snName "VEEAM BACKUP TEMPORARY SNAPSHOT", snDescription "Please do not delete this snapshot. It is being used by Veeam Backup.", memory "False", quiesce "True"
Cannot create a quiesced snapshot because the create snapshot operation exceeded the time limit for holding off I/O in the frozen virtual machine.

What am I doing wrong here? I can't seem to find anything on the vmRef "vm-280".
