Creating snapshot VSSFreezer: Failed to freeze guest

Hi

When i tried to backup my vCenter server (Windows 2008 X64 with SQl 2008) using VSS i'm getting this

Creating snapshot VSSFreezer: Failed to freeze guest, wait timeout Backing up file "[Lefthand_VMFS1] Windows 2008 - vCenter/Windows 2008 - vCenter-flat.vmdk" Operation has been terminated by user

I'm using the correct logins on the VSS page

Any idea?
